Local street team members will help by hanging posters around town, inviting friends via social networking, visiting churches, passing out flyers and more.

In addition, we often need volunteers to help at concerts and events. Here are some of the positions that you can volunteer for:

Runners: 8am-till released by tour. (15 passenger van, larger SUV, or minivan a necessity)

These individuals are to provide transportation to the tour.  All runners must have proof of current insurance and an active cell phone. They are to be available from around 8:30am to until the tour is ready to leave (around midnight depending on tour).  This position will report directly to the tour and will be used only by the tour.  These people need to act in a professional nature, i.e. do not ask for autographs, pictures or special favors.  They will be providing transportation for errands, some of these trips can be of a personal nature and to protect the tour we ask that you protect their privacy.  There is to be No Smoking in the vehicle while tour members are with you.  Under no circumstance is the runner to have anyone but tour members in the vehicle while acting as a runner, 
You must be 25yrs or older to help in this capacity. (Gas reimbursement upon request)-Must have receipt

Ushers: Typically needed by. 4:30-5:30 arrival. Fairly self-explanatory.
You must be 18yrs or older to help in this capacity.

Merchandisers: Usually needed by 4:30-5pm. Assists by selling artist merchandise before and after show.
You must be 18yrs or older to help in this capacity.

Crew(Load In/Out): Arrival is between 8am-10am. You will assist the tour of unloading band equipment, production elements and the general setup of the show. This can be pretty exciting to see go up. Time commitment is about 4 hours on the load in and about. 2 hours post show load out. This position is a very serious one, so please know what your getting into. Lunch is provided and in some cases dinner too. Please no sandals..Closed toe shoes are best
This job is typically more MALE dominated and you must be 18yrs or older to assist in this capacity.

T-Shirt(Crowd Control): This position is basically exactly what it sounds like. You’re there to watch/guard over restricted areas and enforce the tour’s guidelines for security needs. (meet & greets, tour buses, backstage, sound boards, etc.)
You must be 18yrs or older to assist in this capacity.

General Assistant: Arrival time 12 noon through end of show. This position is a basic show assistant for the day: you could be running errands for promoter, making copies, helping keep dressing rooms stocked with drinks for tour, etc. Basically whatever is needed. You must be 21 yrs or above for this position
